A Customer approached us to manufacture an extra long, extra wide and extra high heavy duty undercarriage for a komatsu, all parts for fabricated, folded, machined and welded in our workshop
Undercarriage Alterations
A customer approached us to lengthen and widen his EX130 , here the top was lifted off before cutting of the main frame commenced , 1200mm was added to the length plus 4 bottom rollers and 600mm to the width. 3 bottom rollers were FITTED on top with one centre track guide and full length track guides were fabricated for the bottom both inside and out . Idler braces were also fabricated and welded both sides to prevent widening of frames , (pictures taken prior to painting)
